I borrowed some awesome books. You know, I've been wanting to get my hands on Brave New World for an awfully long time, but seriously. Bedok Library needs an update for books.
I also got a book from Pearl Buck's trilogy. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the 2nd one and only got the third one. So I'm left hanging, and suddenly it seems like all the nice characters in the first book have become the evil ones and I don't get any of their names.
Okay. This is NOT going to be a rant about books.
I want to be a bit more complicated and use flowery language and all that, but then no one will come here, which would be bad, I suppose.

We'll get to meet our new class and our Civics Tutor on 13th, someone whom I gather is something of a form teacher figure, only a little less involved in personal student affairs in comparison with the form and co-forms in secondary school. And we'll be getting our books and uniform too. Honestly, I'm most interested in the economics syllabus. It's c.ompletely new and all for me and I could do with some reading up. It'll give me something to do at least.
Going IP in a JC kind of puts you in the middle of nowhere. You're not exactly secondary school, cos you're in a JC, but then again you're not exactly JC either. Get what I mean?
OH YES. There are five of us St.Hilda's people going to VJC.
DARN. You know, I was REALLY REALLY like crossing my fingers about DK not applying and not getting in, but it seems that the more I hope that something will happen, the greater the likelihood that it won't.
And guess what? HE DID. HE GOT IN.
And I bet he'll try for debate too, and most likely get in, and then it'll be back to P5 and P6 too, only this time I won't have Lavinya and Audrey and Sarah R and Pavithra to clobber him with me.
I can't bully him alone D:
And I think I'd better hope that he'll be in my class, following the same principle that the more I hope for something the more it won't happen, he won't be in my class

Anyway, we'll find out in eight days' time!
I think there are only five.
Gracia, Joejyn, Darius, DK and me.
So excluding myself, I'll know four people there.
Including Madwoman, Celine and Farhana, I'll know seven!
I guess that's a good start.
